What better way to spend a pedagogical day than becoming mad scientists?!

Children love learning about science and that was apparent at St. Monica B.A.S.E. Daycare on March 22, 2019. The Mad Science after school activity is a great way to get students thinking outside the box and to learn about the laws of nature, develop theories, build devices and otherwise perform scientific miracles that are, by the standards of civilized man, supposedly impossible.

On the bright and snowy pedagogical day, students engaged in two workshops. In the first they put on their detective hats in various games, and in the second they stepped into the world of NASA to launch a rocket! You can tell by their excited screams in the video that they thoroughly enjoyed stepping into the world of science!
