St. Monica: Marvellous Magicians

Grade 1 students at St. Monica ended session two activities with an “Alakazam!” on Tuesday, March 27, 2018.

Ms. Jodi taught the students ten tricks during the winter months, which they practiced over and over again. For their final class, they donned their capes and held their handmade wands to execute magic tricks that would impress Houdini himself.

See for yourself as the students proudly perform the moving card trick, the disappearing card trick, and the floating marker in a bottle trick!

Abracadabra!

Thanks for bringing me back in to the classroom. What a way to keep the kids engrossed while secretly developing a hundred skills!
