St. Monica: Green Club Seedlings

The B.A.S.E. Daycare garden at St. Monica Elementary has played an active role in the school and community for the last 5 years. Green Club students over the years have had the wonderful opportunity to spend many hours outdoors in their garden after school, tending to the seedlings they grew indoors during the winter and harvesting their fruits and vegetables come Fall.

Today, June 5, 2017, is World Environment Day, so why not celebrate B.A.S.E. Green Club students connecting #WithNature, not just today but every week!

About Daycare Matters

With this blog, daycare staff, students and parents will get to see and share the wonderful things that go on in the EMSB daycares, from beading, dance and animation to film making, songwriting and green projects!
