At St. Monica, students learned how to cut fruit and explored various kinds of fruit to experience different textures, colours and smells. In order to get to know each other in the cooking class, students introduced themselves by saying which fruits they like best and how they prepare it at home (i.e., fruit salad, smoothies, eating them with yogurt). After cutting different types fruits, each student made their own colourful cut fruit initials.
