Bancroft: Trip to Marineland

By Christina Cronin Tina LeBlanc, Grade 2

I went to Marineland in Niagara Falls, Ontario, when I was in Kindergarten.

We left the night before springtime and I fell asleep in the car.We got to the hotel and it was very nice and big.

In the morning, we drove to Marineland. We saw the belugas first and fed them ice-cold fish. While they were eating the fish they let us pet them. They were really soft. They were my favourite animal there so I got a beluga blow up toy. We also saw water animals like seals and king belugas.

On my trip home I was so sleepy. As soon as I stepped into the house I fell asleep.

Marineland is a really fun place to go on vacation. I hope I can go back in the summer.
